I’ve written more than 200 posts online. It took 4 years. I made less than $150 and spent more than that.

Yet, I’m still in the game.

Some days I want to say, “this digital writing thing doesn’t work” and put my laptop on the shelf to collect dust.

#1 You have to build up your value by doing the work

All successful people put in the work before they become known for their work.

What we see is only the tip of the iceberg. Everyone has to walk the road to reach a level of success. It doesn’t happen by accident. If I’m not successful yet, that means I still have a process to go through, and lessons to learn.

Lack of success is an indicator that I have to build more.

#2 You know what will happen when you quit, but you don’t know what will happen if you stick.

Quitting makes a statistic.
