It’s a publication about spreading The Good News. The goal here is to share experiences, methods, tips in order to equip everyone who has the heart to reach the lost.
Experiences/testimonies inspire and show what’s possible. It’s not to brag about yourself but to share. Encouraging everyone by broadening their perspective. The stories have the power to spark ideas.
Tips and methods are meant to equip for the ministry. Because every person is different we need different tools and methods that fit us all. The right tool in someone's hand can do wonders! The right method can help overcome fears and insecurities for someone who is shy.
Is it for evangelists?
It’s for every follower of Jesus!
I don’t believe that everyone is called to be a worldwide evangelist, but I’m sure everyone is meant to be a witness in the lost and broken world.
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. (Acts 1:8, ESV, emphasis mine)
Did you know that evangelists are there to equip us for the ministry of reconciliation?
And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:11–13, ESV, emphasis mine)
The evangelists are here to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. They are not a group of people who go to the streets, but leaders to equip the saints. We’re all are part of that group.
You are a saint if you believe the Gospel and you're called to the ministry.
What ministry?
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. (2 Corinthians 5:17–19, ESV, emphasis mine)
It’s the ministry of reconciliation. God is not counting the trespasses of the world against them. Sadly, they perish if they don’t trust the Gospel.
We are entrusted with the Gospel which is the message of reconciliation. We are called to tell our friends about the Good News that Jesus removed the cause separating us from God. Now we all can have a relationship with Him!
My desire
I would love to see this publication grow and encourage many to step out.
I would like to see people finding tools that they find effective.
I would like to see countless stories of people coming from darkness into light.
Accessibility of the stories
I’m still speaking about this with the Lord.
I want stories to be accessible to everyone, no matter if they’re paid medium member or not. However, some income would help and would allow funding of missionaries and evangelism projects.
The solution I can think of right now is to make the stories eligible to earn money and create a Facebook group with the friend links so nobody is left out.
